Off to the Americas

Tomorrow I’m flying out to Seattle to begin the first part of a two month trip around North and South America. I’ve basically been saving up my earnings from my internship at BT and now I plan to make the most of the time I have between now at when university starts again.

On July 18th, I’ll be leaving Seattle to go on this tour:

Alaska Canada tour

When I get back in mid August, I’ll travel across the US via a few friends to New York, where I fly from to Santiago in Chile on the 26th. I then start the following tour on August 30th:

South America trip

After a few days in Buenos Aires, I fly back to the UK on September 23rd, just in time for Freshers’ Week at uni.

On previous trips, I’ve written a blog as I go, but due to the lack of web access and time that takes to do, I’m just going to be updating my Twitter account by SMS whenever I can.

I’ve been able to keep up a fairly decent schedule of one post per week on here, but until the end of September that’s going to decrease quite a bit for obvious reasons. I do have a few articles scheduled for while I’m away though, so there will be some activity on here. Until then, have a great summer and see you in September!
